Jennifer specializes in providing comprehensive business valuation and consulting services for closely held businesses across a wide range of industries. With more than 20 years of experience, she assists business owners, management teams, trustees, attorneys, and other advisors with valuations for Employee Stock Ownership Plans (ESOPs), estate and gift tax planning, shareholder transactions, financial reporting, and strategic planning. Jennifer is actively involved in the employee ownership community. In addition, she provides valuation services in dispute and litigation settings, including marital dissolution and shareholder matters, and has prepared numerous valuation reports used in court proceedings and settlement negotiations.

When not at work, Jennifer can be found camping and boating along the upper Mississippi River. She also enjoys hiking, traveling, reading, and playing cards with friends, and activities with her seven grandkids!
